Blue Paradise: a Gorgeous New Construction in the Heart of Sombrero. Five bedrooms, five baths sparing no luxury or comfort. Upstairs you walk into a welcoming open floor Living Room with Flat screen TV and reclining Sofa, Fully stocked kitchen that would be a chef's envy with a breakfast bar for 3 and a Dining area that sits 6. Want to eat and feel the Key’s breeze? Just walk onto the back balcony where you can sit, relax, or dine on our 6 seating dining table. Master bedroom has back Balcony access with a King size memory foam mattress, Flat screen Tv, walk-in closet, soak in tub, and separate shower.
Across the other side of the home, you will have three other bedrooms with queen size beds that have memory foam mattresses, flat-screen TVs, private full baths with linens, towels, and a starter toiletries kit included. Blue Paradise is a Family Gem with a heated pool, lots of lounging area throughout, a Full Kitchen with a Barbecue next to the pool, Pool table, Darts, Corn hole, pool toy, Bait Freezer and a short ten-minute stroll to the beach from the house. Need some private time? Look right next to the pool where you have a Fifth bedroom that has two queen size beds, full bath with poolside access, and Flatscreen Tv. Right up front, you have room to park two 20’ Boat on trailers. The pool is heated for an additional cost of 300.00 a week. The Pool Heat Is optional and must be paid two weeks before the check-in date.

Our house was fabulous. Check in was a breeze and the house was immaculate when we arrived. I cant say enough good things about this rental. We were a family of 10 from ages 20-83. Everyone loved their room and skiing bathroom. Was def a plus everyone having their own bathroom. The pool was kept at a great temp and we enjoyed it everyday. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. I will go back!!!

Our experience working with your team members was pleasant and flawless.
We booked this property a year in advance and over the course of the past year, any time I had a question or concern, my emails were answered in a very timely and professional manner.
During the course of our stay, we had two minor questions, and both times we heard back from Jessy within minutes.

We have stayed at numerous properties (around the US) with our group of friends. Never have we stayed at a property more perfect or beautiful for our group of five couples. The five bedrooms each with its own private bathroom (which is hard to find), the large pool, the outdoor kitchen and the spacious area to just hang out or play games fit all of our needs perfectly. We also found the location of the house to be perfectly located so close to the beach and many restaurants. I know Ive use the word perfect many times here, but that exactly how all ten of us described our week at Blue Paradise PERFECT!
We really couldnt find any negatives with this property, but one very small point.a bigger toaster (or another one) would be nice for large groups. This house accommodates a lot of people and a two slicer makes it a little tough to all have our toast with our morning breakfast.
We would definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home to any of our friends or relatives looking for a place to stay down in the Keys with a large group. I know our group will be back

We loved the home and all it had to offer for our family vacation. The outdoor kitchen/pool/game area is amazing and we spent most of our time there. The house is beautiful, immaculate, and comfortable. Its conveniently located close to Sombrero Beach, shopping, restaurants, etc so we didnt have to travel far for anything. Our family of 12 had a great time and would definitely recommend this home!

Jessy quickly helped me to find the breaker box and I was able to see that two of the breakers had gone off and reset them. This "fixed" the microwave and in-sink-erator.

We loved the property. The next door neighbors however did do Karaoke loudly all day and into the evening. We asked them to please lower it on Christmas Eve and they were very nice about it but it was a bit annoying being constant. We really liked the back porch for eating and sitting to read. Good shade, the fans kept it comfortable , and the plantings provided real privacy. The adult kids loved the pool table and the pool. The beach was lovely and a very short walk. All amenities -- restaurants, bars, stores -- were a short drive away.

The pool, outside kitchen, and entertainment area is a wonderful space and provided us with a lifetime of lasting memories.
