Contemporary, modern, simple, sophisticated. Black Pines is a carefully designed and decorated A-Frame cabin perfect for 2-3 couples or a small family. Offering a downstairs king suite with dedicated work space as well as an additional upstairs bedroom and king bed in the trendy loft, this beautiful retreat is uncompromisingly simple with contemporary sophistication. Enjoy the great outdoors with a soak in the hot tub or roasting marshmallows over the fire. Bring the pups along with the peace-of-mind of a fenced-in yard for them to explore and sniff to their heart's content. Read on for more details on Black Pines (sleeps 6, pet-friendly).
Kitchen/Dining - Dining table seats up to 6. Kitchen also features a gas stove, oven, Keurig Duo coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, bakeware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools.
Living - Fireplace, sofa, chair, Smart HDTV, bookshelf with vintage collection of reading material, laundry closet.
Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2) - Queen bed, two nightstands, desk with chair, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Upstairs Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2) - King bed, two nightstands, Smart HDTV.
Upstairs Bathroom #2 – Full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs Loft (sleeps 2) – King bed, nightstand, access to balcony.
Outdoor – Fenced-in yard, hot tub, outdoor bar height table with seating for 4, gas grill, rocking chairs, outdoor dining table, fire pit with seating for 6.
General - Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free WiFi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior security cameras facing away from cabin and monitoring activity approaching cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 6 guests, no exceptions.

Lovely furnishings and super duper clean. lots of room. we enjoyed the secluded nature of Black Pines yet it was close enough to restaurants and activities. we were not bothered by traffice noise at night. Friendly interactions with the management company too. I would have liked a microwave but we heated our left over pizza in the oven. also big closets but bring you own hangers. we would stay here again

by Mary BradleyThis cabin is a beautiful A-frame. My only complaints are there is no microwave, no door directly to the fenced area to let your pet in and out, and the hot tub isn’t sheltered from the rain/snow. Also, if you like it quiet when you sleep, bring earplugs because the highway noise of semi’s is pretty constant. Please note that this cabin is also 7.5 miles from Hochatown, if you plan on making several trips.
