This spacious and comfortable four-bedroom, four-bath private pool home is located on the north edge of the island. Spotless and updated throughout the home is newly remodeled and ready for you to enjoy. Vibrant coastal decor accentuates this property, giving it a bright and energetic quality while maintaining the charm and relaxation you deserve.

Gone Coastal looks and feels like a brand new home thanks to the owners' thoughtful and thorough renovations! While other rental homes feel tired and worn, Gone Coastal has that fresh and comfortable coastal chic vibe you want for your tropical getaway.

Gone Coastal is located on a 200 ft wide canal, with easy access to the Atlantic. Dock your boat along the 50-foot long dock. Water is available for guest use at the sea wall. Went out and caught some fish? Great! This home comes with a fish cleaning station at the side of the canal.

Prepare your freshly caught fish on the gas grill and then sip a cocktail with your feet in the pool while you watch the sunset in Paradise.

The second level of the home features updated decor, luxurious furnishings, and a game area for all of the kiddos. Gone Coastal is complete with everything you could possibly think of for a wonderful Florida Keys Vacation.

Relax on the oversized sectional sofa and enjoy the water views from the many large windows that provide plenty of natural Florida sunshine. Or, catch your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen HDTV.

Create your family's favorite meal in your full kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances. When dinner is ready, take your pick of dining at the spacious eight-person dining table or head down to the waterfront covered patio and dine al fresco.

The main living level features the master suite and one guest bedroom with newly renovated bathrooms and updated furnishings. Freshen up in the ensuite master bathroom with a luxurious bath before heading out on your next Florida Keys adventure.

The lower level of the home features two separate and self-contained guest suites with private entrances. These suites are perfect for adults or kids and offer privacy as well as direct access to the covered patio. These luxurious bedrooms offer queen and king beds and an en-suite bath on each side with gorgeous custom countertops.

All four bedrooms included ceiling fans and a flat-screen HDTV for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Like all of Coco Plum Vacation rental homes, Gone Coastal will be ready for your arrival and supplied with fresh sheets, towels, a starter kit of paper products, soap and toiletry products.
 
For something to do when you are not enjoying your home guest enjoy a visit to the nearby world-famous Turtle Hospital or the Dolphin Research Center. Or perhaps you can take a day trip to Key West and enjoy famed sunsets and street performances at Mallory Square.
 
Locally you will find abundant dive shops, restaurants, bars, fishing charters, and snorkel trips.
 
Coco Plum public beach is within walking or bicycling distance from the home. This natural beach is typically less crowded than other local beaches and provides a covered pavilion with restrooms. Coco Plum Beach is one of the only completely dog-friendly beaches in Marathon and is perfect for letting your four-legged friends burn off some energy and enjoy the ocean. The waters are shallow so it’s not the best beach for swimming but the long, beautiful stretch of the beach is perfect for a walk with stunning sunsets. Due to the shallowness of the water, Coco Plum Beach is also ideal for windsurfing. Beach hours are 7 am until dusk.
 
Make sure to try out some of our local dinings and enjoy waterfront entertainment and music at several of our nearby restaurants. Sparky's Landing in Key Colony Beach and Burdines Waterfront located at the end of 15th Street are some of our favorites.
 
Fishing charters, boat and kayak rentals, scuba diving, and kiteboarding are just a few of the many forms of entertainment and adventure available to you in the Florida Keys.
 
You can also reserve a spot to swim with the Dolphins and Sea Lions up at the Dolphin Research Center in Grassy Key or tour the Turtle Hospital and Rehabilitation Center right here in Marathon.
 
Just across the Famed Seven Mile Bridge lies Key West, a 50-mile scenic drive away. Whether you're window shopping on Duval Street, visiting the Hemingway House and the Southernmost Point, or watching the street performers in Mallory Square, Key West has something for everyone to enjoy.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
