With a classic interior that was designed for total comfort, Jordanelle Ridge 6017 is an endlessly inviting home that’s ideal for large groups looking to get away from the hustle and bustle in town. Located just a short drive from the world-famous Park City ski resorts and the endlessly entertaining downtown, this four-bedroom home has lots of space to spread out, plus multiple living areas for easy socializing too.

With panoramic mountain views from nearly every seat in the house, the main level GREAT ROOM is wide open and welcoming. The traditional, elegant interior design includes a spacious, striped sofa and two plush armchairs that surround the modern electric fireplace. Above the flames is a large HDTV with a Devialet soundbar— perfect for watching the game. Large windows look out over the rolling hills and allow for plenty of natural sunlight to pour inside, and outside through the glass doors is a covered PATIO with a gas grill.

An immaculate center island with bar stool seating leads into the open KITCHEN and DINING SPACE. White quartz countertops, white cabinetry, and a white tile backsplash surround the stainless steel appliance suite that includes a gas range with a griddle, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator. From French Toast to Filet Mignon, this kitchen is fully equipped to handle anything. The nearby formal dining table is solid, glossy wood and has seating for six.

On the lower level, the SECONDARY LIVING AREA/HOME THEATER is a great space to host a family movie night, with a luxe leather sofa, recliner, and an HDTV with a B&W 702 speakers and an impressive Marantz processor.

Upstairs on the second floor, the landing opens onto a small seating area that leads into the private PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE. Here, a sumptuous king-size bed sits underneath vaulted ceilings, and a velvety-soft ottoman and armchair provide extra seating. The ENSUITE BATHROOM has a spa-inspired feel, with a dual vanity and a step-in shower with a unique and eye-catching tile design. Three additional serene GUEST BEDROOMS each have queen-sized beds.

Located next to the stunning Jordanelle State Park, you’ll have easy access to some popular hiking trails and mountain biking paths, and be only a short drive away from the ski slopes and the dining and shopping in downtown Park City.

Excellent Property with Beautiful Views!
This townhome was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip! The pictures and descriptions give a completely accurate impression of the home. I do check other reviews before choosing a rental and it was rated highly. This home is very beautiful and well appointed. Having a well stocked kitchen is a must for my wife and she found everything she needed and more. Moose management provided "extra supplies" and we were glad to have enough dish soap, laundry detergent, Kleenex and toilet paper to last our whole stay. The only extra thing we bought was liquid hand soap as my wife prefers it over bar soap in the bathrooms. The home was clean, cozy and inviting; a wonderful place to come home to after a day of skiing. The views, especially from the LR, Kitchen and DR were stunning. We had amazing panoramic sunrises and sunsets everyday. The bedrooms & bathrooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. During the winter and snowy season, having the use of the garage was a huge bonus! The owners have done an outstanding job equipping and furnishing their lovely vacation home. We were grateful to have the opportunity to stay there. As for the location, we have stayed in and out of Park City in the past and this area was familiar. We enjoy being away from the more crowded Park City and have found everything we need in the nearby town of Heber City, just a 10 minute drive away. Also, the 25-35 minute drive to Park City and Deer Valley Resort was not a problem for us.

Exceeded Expectations with Amazing Views

We rented this townhouse two weeks prior to leaving for the trip, as we decided to bring 5 friends together to ski Park City on short notice (5 days). Normally we stay within walking distance of the Canyon Gondola or in Park City resort. I was on VRBO looking at possible places and I found this one to be incredibly reasonable with tremendous amenities and amazing views. The only catch for us was there not a single rating. We would have to be the first! I was not traveling with my wife and family, instead 5 professional buddies so I risked it and took a flyer on the rental. If I were with my wife, I would not have taken that risk for fear of a mutiny. I like my buddies but what they think of my rental choice, was less important than getting the rath from my wife. The place was elegantly furnished, three floors, 4 bedrooms (3 queens and 1 King), clean, pristine and again AMAZING views of the mountains. It snowed over 18" while we were there. To our pleasant surprise the roads and driveway were plowed every day. Now the only thing I could say that was a Suprise was on the VRBO site is is listed as 2.9 miles from Deer Vally. That would be right if you were a crow (as the crow fly's 😉 ). It is actually 15.5 miles outside of Park City, 22-minute drive. This was not a concern for us as we had two vehicles. I would highly recommend this rental for your family, friends, or business travel. I will close this recommendation with "My Wife would have greatly approved, if I brought her." BTW I still incurred my wife's rath as she is an amazing skier, and I did not invite her on the Bro Trip. 🙂 Next time for sure.
