The Meadowlark Retreat is a rare Broken Bow find. This romantic couple's cabin is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or treat yourself to a relaxing midweek getaway. One of the few cabins to feature a full-size steam sauna, the cabin also boasts smart home controls throughout, hydrotherapy hot tub, rainfall showers, soaking tub, gas grill, fire pit with firewood provided, wine refrigerator, and an EV car charger. Additionally, you will find that the smaller luxurious touches curated by the cabin's owners are what truly make your stay memorable and will leave you wanting to return to the Meadowlark Retreat time and again.
The Meadowlark is a modern farmhouse-style luxury retreat seated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the beautiful Sunrise Ridge neighborhood. This 1-bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom cabin is 1,200 sq-ft with rich chocolate hardwood floors, white shiplap interior, splashes of decorative color, and modern materials and touches throughout. The cabin is conveniently located minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and several other local attractions.
Master Suite (sleeps 2)- King bed, two nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, 55" 4K HDTV, closet with iron and ironing board, private access to the back deck and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, oversized shower with double rainfall shower heads, and "His and Hers" spa robes.
Indoor Living - Open floorplan with designer lighting, ceiling fan, 55" 4K HDTV, gas fireplace, leather sectional, dining table, and cascading sliding glass doors opening onto a spacious back deck. Half bathroom off the living/kitchen space.
Outdoor Living ā Steam sauna, hot tub, sectional seating, and dining area, two ceiling fans, gas grill, outdoor gas fireplace, 55" 4K HDTV. Head down the staircase for a little nighttime stargazing by the seasonal creek or warm up by the wood-burning fire pit while roasting marshmallows. Keep your eyes peeled for the deer who regularly visit the feeder on property!
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay such as a wine refrigerator, gas stovetop, island with barstool seating for 3, Keurig Duo coffee maker, blender, full knife set, crock pot, mixer, toaster, ice maker, drinkware, flatware, and two sets of dishware for outdoor and indoor use.
General Information ā Cabin is restricted to guests aged 18 or older only and is NOT pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding. Smart TVs throughout cabin, EV car charger outlet available, circle drive for boat parking. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 2 adults, no exceptions.

Rainy Weekend Anniversary
by Arica HuntMy husband and I had a lovely rainy weekend away to celebrate our anniversary (and our first trip to the area). It was cozy and inviting. We didn’t want to leave! We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the sound of the rain. I do wish there had been a curtain or something to minimize how often we saw the guests next door, but that’s a very minor inconvenience and obviously didn’t deter us from spending time on the deck. We enjoyed watching the squirrels climb the deer feeders and other wildlife. Definitely follow directions given to avoid the huge (and I do mean huge) pot holes on the other side of the neighborhood. We plan to book another marshmallow memories cabin and bring our whole family in the spring!

Best stay ever!.

It is so beautiful on the inside and out! There wasn't a bug or a spider web in site and that made this city girl so happy. It was exactly what we needed. Amazing Stay
by JennWhat a fantastic place. It is just what we needed for a few days away. The style, privacy, deck and sauna were the reasons we chose this cabin. When we arrived it was so much more. The quality of the furniture, the robes, the water in the frig, the chocolates and wine, all the amenities were great. I am a professional chef and the kitchen was stocked with enough tools and dishes to be able to cook. We have stayed at many condos and houses in other locations in the US and many times there is a long list at the store before you can get to enjoying your time, not here, I could have packed my clothes and my toothbrush and been able to walk right in and enjoy. The attention to detail made our stay extra special and helped us enjoy every minute. We also had Servants Hands massage come to the cabin and give massages on the deck, I highly recommend them as well. Thank you for making our time away so relaxing.

Romantic Getaway

What a beautiful modern and luxury cabin emerged in the woods. My husband and I needed to decompress and relax between work and the upcoming holidays and between the fireplace and cozy living room looking out to the trees and the hot tub and sauna (which wow btw) we feel recharged. Itās so quiet and every detail in the cabin is so thought out will definitely be rebooking with your company. Youāve thought of everything that a couple might need during a getaway! We enjoyed this cabin very much! It was such a beautiful home, and we loved spending the mornings and evenings outside on the patio. I would love to come back when its cooler outside to enjoy the fireplaces! The only adjustment I could recommend is a bed topper of some kind and different sheets. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but not so much that it made our stay unpleasant in the slightest. We can't wait to come back!

It was nice only thing was it was smart home and alarm went off middle of night as a intruder,then the air condition is control by smart thermostat and I would turn it done to 68 cause it was hot in house then it would auto sculpt turn back up to 72 other then that house was fantastic and really clean and very upkeep on it.

This is my second time staying at Meadowlark. This has always been a girl's Birthday getaway, but I would not hesitate to recommend it for a romantic getaway.The cabin is cozy, quiet, and decorated beautifully. It has everything you could want.The private back deck has a beautiful hot tub and steam room. It is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and watch the deer come to feed.They have A great Fire pit out back where you can roast marshmallows or kick back to a few glasses of wine. Peaceful retreat

I have stayed at Meadowlark twice, and it will not be my last. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or a romantic couples trip. This place Has everything you could want. It is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The back deck is private, with a beautiful hot tub and sauna. It is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and watch the deer come up to feed. There is an excellent firepit down below where you could roast marshmallows or sit and enjoy your evening wine. If you prefer to stay in and cook, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a great grill on the back deck. The bathroom has a beautiful soaking tub and a huge shower. The bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds. I can not say enough good things about this place.Trust me; you won't be disappointed.

Wow! This cabin is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location for a peaceful and quiet getaway. It is beautifully decorated and every attention to detail has been carefully thought about! Cozy and cute

Meadowlark Retreat was hands down the nicest cabin we have ever staying in. We were so blown away by how beautiful the cabin and view was. The cabin was very clean with lots of towels and extra blankets. The fireplaces and hot tub made for some cozy relaxation. The is an excellent cabin. It is in a great location, full amenities including outdoor games fire pit and whirlpool. The entire cabin appears to be brand new. From the towels to the grill everything was in perfect like new condition. We plan on traveling to Broken Bow on a regular basis and will continue to rent from Marshmallow as their management team is great to work with and their system for providing directions for the cabin to use the TV services, door codes excellent.

We spent most of our time on the back porch because it was just amazing! The cabin is a little more secluded than most of the new construction in other the other parts of the area. We've stayed in several of the new cabins in the Broken Bow area and by far, this cabin is the best. The other cabins were nice, too - just a lot of construction and not enough privacy. Wonderful property!

The pictures of this place just donāt do it justice, not to mention all of the surrounding properties are gorgeous as well. It was wonderful to be able to stay in and split our time between the hot tub, jacuzzi and soaker tub. Our time felt too short! Magnolia Farms in The Forest

The place is immaculate and everything looked brand new. Fully appointed, well thought out, and nicely decorated. There's a heavy Chip and Jojo vibe with a modern upgrade better than the stained wooden walls in most Broken Bow cabins. All appliances, gadgets, and necessities are provided. The whole house is intelligent but TV is on Roku players so major national networks, ESPN, and sports channels are sketchy. You will quickly get over the TV scene as there are plenty of other things to distract your attention. Relaxing in the sauna, or hot tub, and lounging on the back porch in your full length bath robe, sipping wine by the patio fireplace is truly luxurious. A nice fire ring and a trickling creek flowing through the back yard, and a deer feeder brings the wildlife closer. Located near downtown Hochatown and all the action. The host was very communicative and responsive. They obviously take great pride in providing top notch service and hospitality. Fabulous little cabin

The cabin was immaculate and beautifully designed. It was cozy and comfortable for 2. We loved the amenities like the hot tub and large walk-in shower. Paradise in the woods

Our stay was amazing. The house was beautiful and so comfortable. We really enjoyed the spacious back porch/deck with fireplace, sectional, TV, hotub, and sauna. Upscale glamping

We had an amazing time getting away from it all, enjoying this beautiful home! Driving through the new development we could not stop oohing and ahhing over the architecture and natural setting. As we pulled up to this delightful home tucked away in its niche we were struck by its charm. Entering this home is like coming home! They have thought of everything and we enjoyed it all. Woman made fire by flipping a switch (ok turning a knob) and man made fire in the fire pit. My husband and I came to Broken Bow for some much needed R & R. Meadowlark was PERFECT.
