As you enter Coco Plum Island, a quiet and peaceful island community, you are immediately immersed in a tropical atmosphere supported by azure water views. Seaside Villa is located a short drive down Coco Plum Lane and perfectly embodies the relaxing and true Keys ambiance you came for. Picture yourself enjoying sea breezes from your private screened balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a frozen margarita and hum along to some Jimmy Buffet as you experience leisure and luxury available only in Paradise.

The open and airy layout of this home provides an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The Living Area of the Home features ample, comfortable seating centered around a large flat-screen television with full cable service. Large Paned Glass Windows frame views of palm trees and stunning open ocean views. The sliding glass doors open up onto your private screened-in balcony, the perfect place to enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The fully equipped kitchen is brightly designed and is stocked with all small appliances; including a toaster, blender, and coffee pot. The dining area features seating for four guests.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and an ensuite master bathroom. The guest bedroom is appointed with two Twin sized beds and the large window lets in plenty of Florida Keys sunshine. For your convenience, the full guest bathroom is located directly adjacent to the guest bedroom. At Coco Plum Vacation Rentals we provide all of the bath towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise.

Spend your day relaxing on the beach, worry-free. Coco Plum Beach Villas sits directly on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, making beach access as easy as walking outside. Located behind the complex you will find a shady tiki hut and waterfront barbeque grill. The large resort pool features open ocean views and is heated during cooler months.

Seaside Villa does not have boat or boat trailer storage on site. If you're bringing your own boat down please arrange for storage. For storage options see our "Activities and Attractions" Page located from the "Local Area Guide" Menu at the top of the page. Boat rentals, snorkeling trips, or kayak rentals are available locally and there are many options to choose from.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

Perfect location, right on the water. The beach was quiet and raked every morning. The condo was super clean and we loved the screened in balcony where we had coffee every morning. Highly recommend!

Much needed getaway

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the condo. Spacious, well equipped, perfect location, stunning views, and VERY clean. We were looking for a place to say in the middle islands so that we could explore in either direction and this turned out just as we had hoped. Spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool. We had meals at the Island Tiki Bar, Sparky's, Sunset Grill, Leanne's Coffee Shop, and each was perfect. We drove into Key West and went out on the glass bottom boat and had a lovely time. Also visited the Turtle Hospital which turned out to be one of our favorite outings. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the Keys without the hustle and bustle of Key West, this location is for you. The owners are extremely easy to work with and provide plenty of information to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had a great experience and the condo was wonderful. It was clean, had everything advertised, and even had sand toys for our young boys to play with! The seagrass was raked each day and the beach was ready to enjoy. We had great weather as well and the tips for restaurants and things to do were also helpful. When we were there we couldn't get the wireless connected but there were other options and it was not a big issue. Overall it was a great experience and we would return!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Marathon Florida Keys Vacation Rental with Open Ocean Views

We had a nice and peaceful stay. The condo was just as described. All dealings with the property owner or representatives were professional and courteous. Plenty of helpful information available to aid in making the stay in the area enjoyable. Beach was a little grassy but that is to be expected in the Keys and is by no means within any control of the owners or property management. We found the dishes, utensils, and cookware sufficient for our needs. The condo is centrally located within the Keys allowing access to all that The Keys has to offer. Scuba, fishing, boating, jet skies, Key West, Key Largo, etc.... Our family had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
