Welcome to the home of Sun-kissed Happy Easy Days, A.K.A. The S.H.E.D. This home sits directly on the white sandy beaches of the emerald coast. To call this property gorgeous would truly be an understatement. With its vaulted ceilings, open-concept kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and direct access to the beach via walkway, this home is sure to impress! On the ground floor, under the home, there is ample parking. This space is covered and is perfect for a family barbecue in the shade.
Upon entering the first floor of the home, you are greeted with a beautiful, fully furnished living room with a small bar. The vaulted ceilings accompanied by large gulf-facing windows in this room are stunning, filling this space with bright natural light. Additionally, there is access to the spacious back porch, furnished with a variety of seating, but our personal favorite is the porch swing. The porch has a boardwalk leading directly to the gulf, making the short walk to the water even easier. The kitchen is right around the corner, fully stocked with updated appliances and who could forget the adorable breakfast nook with a view of the Gulf? Laundry is also located on this floor, beside the kitchen.
Whether youâ??re traveling with friends, family, or even if you just want a luxurious home with plenty of space for you and that special someone, The S.H.E.D. is a dream come true for any beach lover.
This home is not pet-friendly. Minimum Age Requirement of 25 to rent. This home rents Saturday to Saturday during peak season unless it is a last-minute booking, the calendar is broken up or the dates are approved by the homeowner.

Perfection
The SHED was above and beyond our expectations! The home was immaculate, secluded and everything we could have hoped for. The bedrooms are huge and could easily accommodate multiple families. Beautiful and spacious home right on the beach!
We had a absolutely wonderful week at this house. There was a new boardwalk from the house to the beach which made access even easier than anticipated. The house is literally right on the beach and just as spacious and beautiful as advertised. Our kids loves the bunk room and the couples enjoyed the huge master bedrooms upstairs. The beach is very private and not crowded at all. Upgrade your stay with canopy and chair rental from Beach Bum services and you will enjoy a very relaxing week!

Nice place
Overall the place was nice. For the amount of money I would have expected more essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, etc. Some dirty cabinets and oven. The fridge and 1/2 bath smelled really bad of rotten fish so I assume those weren’t cleaned to standard. Great House
This was our 2nd time staying at the S.H.E.D. and absolutely love the place. Great location with easy access to the beach. Love the large windows facing the ocean. Great place to sit and relax on the porch or balconies on upstairs bedrooms. Large open living room and great kitchen.
