Sunspot is a perfect location in Park City! If you want to be within walking distance to Main Street and easily jump on a shuttle to get to the Deer Valley lifts, this condo is for you! It offers elegance, luxury, and convenience. With 1200 square feet and plenty of space for 6 people to sleep, this 2-bedroom (both Masters) 2.5-bathroom home has been remodeled with the most tasteful décor and comfort in mind.
The main floor has a lovely living room featuring plenty of seating, a cozy gas fireplace, a 55” HD TV with DVD player, and corner patio access with outdoor furniture and perfect views. There’s also a new Queen-sized sleeper sofa available for use.
The fully-equipped kitchen is also on this level. With stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, cooking a meal in the kitchen will be a breeze. A toaster, coffee pot, crockpot, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, baking pans, wine glasses, and more are provided so you can eat in easily. The dining area has a table for four with room for two more at the bar. A ½ bath is also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two Master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both feature Queen-sized beds, luxurious bedding, and 35” HD TVs. One attached bathroom has a shower only and the other has a tub/shower combination.
There’s also an HE Washer and Dryer on the second floor, with an iron and ironing board for your use.
The third level of the home is a private, outdoor patio with an amazing rooftop hot tub! Relax the day away enjoying exquisite views in this exclusive jacuzzi.

television.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.
Don’t worry about parking! Two reserved spots are available in the condo garage.

Perfect Ski Rendezvous Spot with Friends!

Comfortable home in great location
by Elis M.Comfortable home in great location - shuttle stop in front of the building with a short ride to the mountain or downtown. Easy 15 minute walk through the neighborhood to Main Street. Home is well kept and has all the basics one might need. Ample of space, storage and parking. Loved the hot tub on the roof.

by Marcelyn W.Super cute condo in a great location! Bus stop about a quarter of a block down, only 3 stops from Main Street. Loved the private Jacuzzi on the top deck! One thing to be aware of, not a negative thing, just something to be aware of… Lots and lots of stairs!

Cozy Condo with Mountain Charm
by Jo K.The condo was beautiful, and had a great cosy mountain feel. The spa pool was a real highlight, after a day skiing, or on a snowed-in day.
It is worth noting that one of the bedrooms has windows in the angled ceiling, which do not have blinds. Quite bright in the morning, but great for hitting the slopes early.
Management were incredible - responded quickly, and had maintenance over ASAP when we had a small issue.
We really loved our stay there, and would love to return.

A Perfect Stay for Skiing Enthusiasts!
by Sebastian B.Our stay here was awesome! The host was very responsive (had to check in at midnight and they had no issues helping us do it through the app). The hot tub in the terrace was perfect for a day after skiing. The location was great, only a 4 minute drive from Deer Valley ann shuttles next to the property as well. Would stay here again and recommend anyone to do so.

Great Condo in Walking Distance to Downtown...
