Truly extraordinary location and a well designed home with fine furniture and decor. Could not recommend more highly.

The view from this very modern, well-appointed home is world class stunning. From every room you see boats docked in the marina and moving out toward the open ocean with Astoria and Saddle Mountain and the Oregon Coast Range on the horizon. We were visited by deer, eagle, osprey, heron fishing the shallows and more. A perfect place to call home while doing day trips to Astoria and Oregon/Washington ocean beaches, river valleys along the Columbia from Willapa to Naselle, Deep River to Grays. Highly recommend. We will return.

New, modern, well-appointed. Stunning views from every room of marina and boats going out to sea, Cape Disappointment and Saddle Mountain on the horizon. Wildlife visits…deer, eagle, osprey, heron, choirs of song birds. Five star experience!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here and are already thinking about when we could come back there. Ilwaco is very peaceful when compared to its more populated neighbors yet it is very close to everything on the peninsula. Magnificent views over the port and the Columbia. Bright and airy space made for great mornings with a cup of coffee watching the world wake up. I plan to recommend this place to people I know. Every modern and it has everything you need to enjoy a nice long stay.

We loved watching the fishing boats come and go from the shipyard and watching the wildlife from our deck or while sitting by the fire in the living room. We were amazed by house close we were to Cape Disappointment and just a 7 minute drive from Long Beach. The bed was also very comfortable.

The house is beautiful and so inspiring. Every design detail is perfect. The view was also outstanding and we enjoyed every minute there.

The Ilwaco Harbor Lodge is a beautifully furnished home, with unparalleled views of the harbor and marina. We stayed 2 weeks, and did a lot of our own cooking, and found the kitchen to have all the necessary utensils and pans that we needed. The backyard is quite steep and uneven and the fencing was questionable at best, so if you have small children or pets, I would advise supervision at all times . We enjoyed bird watching, and even had a bald eagle land on a tree right outside our window, which was spectacular. Suffice it to say, we were sad to leave this little slice of paradise and look forward to staying again in the future.

Nice place to stay in Ilwaco. Right across from the harbor, so you can watch the action from the picture windows. Overall had what we needed and was comfortable. One thing to keep in mind are the stairs leading downstairs are a bit slippery (all smooth wood) which were a bit of a challenge for my older dog. But otherwise the place was gorgeous!

We had an amazing stay in Ilwaco. The house was extremely clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The view of the harbor is spectacular. Bloomer Estates were perfect hosts, quick to respond to questions, friendly and proactive. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

Not a whole lot going on in Ilwaco itself, but you can’t beat the location regardless. Beautiful and just minutes to Long Beach and the state park. And Astoria a short drive as well. My family enjoyed watching activity in the marina, and the family of deer off the deck. Sparkling clean new place. Still with fresh car smell.

The home was very nice and clean and it had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the balcony and spent time watching various birds and sea life in the marina.

This is a rare gem- beautiful location and walking distance to the little town. Amazing views and bird watching! Highly recommend- we will be back! Only thing to note- aside from the master bedroom, the beds are suited for kids. As a 5’2” woman, I was able to sleep comfortably but my 5’10” bf not so much

This house is great. Spotless and the service was outstanding. The house is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a nice relaxing beach getaway. One item that was missing is a full length mirror so if that is important, keep that in mind. The views are outstanding and again, the house is beautiful and fully equipped.

We loved our stay at the house in Ilwaco. It was beautiful and so close to Cape Disappointment! We would absolutely stay again, hopefully for longer next time! We were so sad when it was time to leave.

This was a perfect fit for our family of four. The view is beautiful. The activity in the harbor is captivating. And the new modern cabin is neat and cozy. This was a perfect jumping off point for Long Beach, Astoria, and all of the state and national parks around the mouth of the Columbia river. Easy and relaxing all the way around.

Super close to the ilwaco farmers market which was absolutely fun as well as Cape Disappointment. We found ourselves mesmerized watching the boats coming and going in the port. This place felt like home! The combination of concrete, wood and “metal” tiles gave it the most amazing modern look. We were truly inspired! We were also able to relax completely and comfortably. Had game night at the table. A movie in the living room. Wine on the patio. We will definitely be coming back!

Unique and unobstructed sight. Very clean and assuming new as various essentials missing but confident they will remedy. Disappointed that I'm booking an 8 night stay and they wanted to charge me to drop off groceries earlyWhen there was no one in the night before. I think it's important to accommodate when you can, and make your guest feel welcomed. That turned a stay of a 10 to a 7 and created a lot of hassle for me to get the groceries dropped off before my evening. Heck in But the house is a solid 5 on the above rating.

This is a cool little place. The house is very clean and new. Being a new rental there's a few little things to work out but was a lot of fun. The active working harbor was very cool. The state parks locally are fun to visit
